Progress is driven by close connection
Giedrė Gracholski, founder and head of “dot. studio,” explains – the new space in “Ogmios City” was created with the person in mind who wants to pay more attention to their body, movement, and well-being in everyday life. And for that, it is certainly not necessary to visit several different places.

Under one roof, “dot.” has everything – “Pilates Reformer” and mat Pilates, as well as strength and cardio workouts and a functional café.
“Our studio in ‘Ogmios City’ is called ‘dot. library.’ This name was born from an important idea. A library is a place where a person invests time in their growth, knowledge, and inner peace. Similarly, our studio invites you to invest time in your body and health. It is a space for focus, discipline, and personal development, but here, not books are ‘read,’ but the signals of your own body,” says G. Gracholski.
According to the speaker, one of the main highlights of “dot. library” is the “Pilates Reformer” workouts. They take place using special equipment, are perfect even for complete beginners, as movements are performed in a controlled manner under the supervision of a trainer, so no prior experience is necessary.
“Our studio also offers mat Pilates, strength, and cardio workouts. Soon, we will be able to offer clients ‘Recovery’ procedures. And the sessions themselves are organized in small groups, with clients supervised by professional trainers and physiotherapists. We pay particular attention to client supervision in the studio. In smaller groups, it is easier for the trainer to notice how each person performs exercises, and with regular attendance – to track their progress and help achieve personal goals,” emphasizes the studio founder.

“In this way,” she continues, “trainers create a close connection with the client, see progress. Every visitor’s achievement is very important to us – whether it is a more sculpted body shape or relief from pain. This close, long-term connection is the greatest value of small groups and specialist attention.”
Has a special mission
The second “dot. library” studio established in Vilnius and “Ogmios City” is not limited to just sports. In the same space, there is also a functional café where after training you can enjoy protein shakes and other healthy drinks and snacks.

According to G. Gracholski, this combination was chosen deliberately – it was intended that a person’s visit to the studio would not end just after leaving the gym.
“We aimed to create a space where an intense sports session is naturally extended by proper recovery. After training, we offer protein shakes and other healthy drinks that help the body recover faster. Therefore, clients do not need to look for another place. Everything is right here, in the studio,” she says.
Referring to the unique name – “dot. library” – G. Gracholski adds that comprehensive visitor comfort was desired. “When visiting our studio, everyone will be able to pause, focus, and be with themselves,” emphasizes the speaker.
According to her, although the first visitors have already discovered “dot. library” in “Ogmios City” – the studio opened its doors on June 18, the official opening celebration is planned for this fall. Then everyone will be invited to get to know the new wellness space more closely, try the workouts, and taste the offered shakes. And the opening evening will also be dedicated to the “dot.” team itself.
“The event will be a great opportunity not only to present the new space but also to show what “dot. library” aims to stand out for. We are a combination of different workouts, professional specialist attention, healthier choices, and community spirit. Therefore, we want to be a place where sports, community, and well-being meet in one space,” smiles G. Gracholski.
