The first day of the World Championship began with men’s and women’s relays.
Gintarė Aleksandravičė and Elzbieta Adomaitytė started in the women’s relay and took 7th place.

In the fencing event, they scored 236 points (4th place), completed the obstacle course in 1 min 23.44 sec (9th place), the swimming event in 59.75 sec (10th place), and the running with shooting event in 14 min 15.13 sec (4th place).

In total, the Lithuanian women scored 1238 points.
