Since I did not have 0.50 Eur in coins at that time, I approached the cashier and politely asked if I could pay for using the toilet by card. The employee categorically refused. I asked to call the store manager, but although she was nearby, she did not respond to the situation and offered no solution,” Ruslan told the editorial office.
He emphasized understanding that the retail chain can set payment methods, but he hopes that when customers face an objective problem, employees and store management will look for solutions rather than simply categorically refusing to help.
“I am especially upset about the overall attitude towards the customer. I am a ‘Rimi’ customer, I shopped in the store that day, but when a basic situation arose, I felt as if no one cared about my problem at all.
I think such customer service is completely inappropriate. It is very unfortunate that customers can be treated in such a way that a person feels unnecessary and left completely without help,” the man expressed his disappointment.
