This was only the third triple-double in the history of the U16 European girls’ championships and the first since 2009.
The first triple-double in these age championships was recorded by Polish basketball player Ramona Casimirio (2008), and in 2009 a similar achievement was repeated by Turkish player Olcay Cakir Turgut.
