This portal „The Kyiv Independent“ confirmed the information about the meeting from a source and one European Union (EU) official.

The meeting will take place on Ukraine’s Independence Day and will be the third time this group gathers in Kyiv since it was founded in early 2025 by France and the United Kingdom (UK) to agree on security guarantees for Ukraine after the ceasefire.
It is believed that besides President Volodymyr Zelensky, the meeting will be attended in person by the President of the European Council Antonio Costa, Finnish President Alexander Stubb, and Luxembourg Prime Minister Lucas Frieden.
Meetings of the willing coalition always take place in a hybrid format, so most participants are expected to join online.
This will also be the first group meeting since the UK representative, one of the group’s chairs, Prime Minister Andy Burnham, took office on July 20. If he participates in person, it will be his first trip to Ukraine since becoming head of government.
