In the Facebook group “Raid in Vilnius,” a resident shared a video showing Geologų Street heavily flooded.
“Maybe it’s not worth driving, you know. There a Volkswagen caught the manhole cover, so it’s not great, not great…” said the author of the post.
However, some people in the comments said that this is an “annual, not a daily problem.”
On which streets were there problems?
“Grindos” press representative Vita Ramanauskaitė revealed that after the rain, flooding was recorded on Geologų, Ukmergės, Mozūriškių streets and on Laisvės and Savanorių avenues.

“Flooding was recorded on these streets and teams have been dispatched to eliminate the consequences of the rain,” Vita Ramanauskaitė told 15min.
She informed shortly after 6 p.m. that on Geologų, Ukmergės streets and Savanorių and Laisvės avenues “the work has already been completed.”
“Rainwater collection traps have been cleaned, there is no water on the streets,” said the “Grindos” representative.
