The bill has been recognized as urgent.
The bill provides the government with the authority to participate on behalf of the state in acquiring “airBaltic” bridge financing bonds, valued up to 30 million euros, together with private investors and under the same conditions. The Cabinet of Ministers will be able to make a separate decision regarding the acquisition of the bonds if necessary.
