“A conversation took place between the minister and the ambassador, as well as discussions between the General Inspector of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the embassy staff. The investigation results were presented to the ambassador and the staff, along with other measures applied to improve the work atmosphere, leadership practices, and workload management, as well as to strengthen the embassy team, including targeted leadership competency-enhancing training (for the ambassador – BNS) Gediminas Varvuolis,” the ministry said in a comment provided to BNS.
