From January to July, 10.4% less cargo was handled in Latvian ports

During the comparison period, the most bulk cargo was handled in Latvian ports – 7.544 million tons, which is 12.1% less.

Also, a total of 7.053 million tons of general cargo was handled – 8.1% less. Of these, 2.728 million tons were transported in containers (7.6% less), while the volume of ro-ro cargo handling increased by 2.5% to 1.94 million tons.
