In recent days, “Meta” has tried to prevent former “Meta” employee and expert witness Arturo Bejar from testifying. However, federal judge Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers rejected the company’s request, describing it as a “last-ditch” effort to “remove a strong witness” from the plaintiffs’ side.
