Among them stands out “Assorti by Livin,” which has brought together a range of healthy, natural, and gourmet products under one roof. And, as V. Aismontienė says, it is the largest in Lithuania.
The new format “Assorti by Livin” stores, according to the speaker, were created to offer in one place what was not available elsewhere before. Here, customers can already find more than 5,000 different products. These include about 150 types of gourmet cheeses and a wide range of fresh products, organic food products, drinks, dietary supplements, so-called “superfoods,” household chemicals, and cosmetics.

Today, buyers’ choices are increasingly influenced not only by taste but also by trends born in social networks and the world of gastronomy. However, according to V. Aismontienė, a trendy product alone is no longer enough – people pay more and more attention to its composition and beneficial properties.
“Therefore, currently, for example, in the drinks category, some of the most popular drinks in our store are not ordinary soft drinks but coconut water rich in natural electrolytes, water kefir, kombucha, sparkling tea drinks, and other healthier options,” she says.
These products, according to the speaker, are unique. “They very often become an alternative to regular sweet drinks, and people also want to try something new, so they look for an assortment that would be beneficial to the body,” says the speaker.
All this leads to constant assortment expansion and increasing variety. “We observe global trends daily and see how they are reflected in buyers’ choices,” adds the LIVIN marketing manager.
According to her, among this year’s unexpected favorites are “Fish4Ever” sardines, which have become one of the most sought-after products due to their high omega-3 fatty acid content and responsible fishing principles. High-quality organic olive oils and various dietary supplements also attract no less interest. Their variety is indeed rich – from electrolytes or magnesium bisglycinate to products for the digestive system.
“We constantly update the assortment considering seasonality and changing customer needs. And every month, visitors can expect special offers. Currently, discounts are applied in the store to soft drinks, snacks, ‘Fish4Ever’ sardines and other canned fish, as well as dietary supplements for digestion and liver function,” she says.
