“I would like to emphasize that the divorce process in court has not even started, Mindaugas has not lost any status, and we do not have and have never had any shared property. I will not comment further on his other publicly made false statements. I am very upset that my husband speaks publicly with completely false and unfounded claims. In this way, he harms not only himself and me but most importantly – our children. Moreover, his public statements damage the reputation of the respective companies and cause harm to the companies, which may demand compensation from him,” S. Lipnė commented to “Delfi.”

Such a statement from the wife did not go unnoticed. Shortly after, Mindaugas Lipnius himself reacted to these words on his social network “Instagram,” presenting his version of events and not hiding his indignation.

“It’s very interesting, now they are trying to make me out to be a liar,” M. Lipnius told his followers, firmly holding to his previous position. “I have lost control of ‘Simitri,’ I said that yesterday, and I can repeat it today.”

The man revealed more details about possible pressure regarding property and assured he has facts to support this. “They tried to take my car away, asked me to vacate the house, and I have all the evidence for that, all the messages, demands, requests, letters, which I do not want to show yet because court proceedings will take place. But I have all the evidence, and I will not allow myself to be called a liar,” he stated.

Responding to S. Lipnė’s hints about possible lawsuits regarding the companies’ reputation, Mindaugas emphasized that his good name is no less important to him: “I make all these stories only because, as mentioned, claims for compensation for damage to reputation will be made, so my reputation, which was built over n years, is also important to me.”

He also recalled the start of the business: “People trusted me, after all, when I just started, those balances were zeros, empty. The company was built from hard work, great trust, and belief from other people, so having lost control, I can no longer remain silent.”

M. Lipnius concluded his statement on the “Instagram” network with a warning to those communicating with him and once again confirmed the truthfulness of his words. “Even the emails some of you write to me, know that I am not the one reading them. Therefore, I say once again that I can substantiate all the thoughts I have expressed with the evidence I have,” the well-known man asserted, implying that this conflict will most likely move to the courtroom.
