It was previously reported that a 74-year-old senior woman went missing in the Kazlų Rūda municipality.
The woman had gone out to pick berries.
The search for the missing person was widespread, with volunteers assisting officers and family members. The efforts were successful.

The Lithuanian Armed Forces announced the finding of the missing woman on Thursday afternoon.
“Today, soldiers of the Grand Duchess Birutė Uhlan Battalion of the Lithuanian Armed Forces found a woman who had been missing for almost three days in the forests of Kazlų Rūda. The victim left home for the Kazlų Rūda forests on Sunday, and since yesterday, a squad of soldiers from the Uhlan Battalion on duty in the Peacetime Tasks Forces has been searching for her. The soldiers found the woman after less than a day of searching, both on the ground and with drones. The victim was found alive and handed over to medical personnel.
