The attack helicopter “AH-64E Apache” stationed at Fort Hood crashed in Salado today. The death of two soldiers has been confirmed, – the base statement says. – Fort Hood personnel remain at the scene and are working to coordinate actions with local rescuers.
The identities of the deceased are not being disclosed until their relatives have been informed.
