Jalova is located southeast of Istanbul, on the coast of the Sea of Marmara.
The surveillance camera footage broadcast by the news agency IHA shows the plane flying at a very low altitude, then disappearing behind trees, and after it crashes, a thick cloud of black smoke rises into the sky.
