As is known, a consortium of companies associated with J. Kushner is seeking to build a luxury hotel on the coast of Albania, but the project continues to stir passions in the country. Prosecutors have now launched an investigation on suspicions that the land was illegally acquired by its previous owner – a suspected criminal, reports the Polish public broadcaster TVP.
The investigation into Artur Shehu was launched after months of protests against this project. Local residents claim that part of the land was illegally taken from local families before being transferred to A. Shehu.
