In the farm building, three suspected plant dryers and 9
jars with plant-based, possibly prohibited substances, 4
shredders, and electronic scales were found.
In the farm building, in a separate room, equipment possibly intended
for growing prohibited hemp and 17 plastic buckets with plants
showing signs characteristic of hemp were found; in another room of the farm
building, three more buckets with possibly prohibited
plants were found. Also, 16 packs of cigarettes not marked in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania were found and seized in the farm building.

A pre-trial investigation has been initiated under Article 259 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Lithuania, led by
a prosecutor from the Klaipėda District Prosecutor’s Office of the Klaipėda Regional Prosecutor’s Office.
The suspect, who came to the attention of the officers for the first time, was detained and
placed in custody; later, a preventive measure was imposed – a written
promise not to leave.
