Sources directly familiar with the situation told the portal “TMZ” that A. Goltes filed a new lawsuit in Slovenia. It states that she is demanding 40 million dollars personally for herself, so it is assumed that the remaining 10 million is intended to support their two daughters. Although L. Dončić has previously said he would do anything for his children, and the 10 million amount may sound realistic, the demand of 40 million dollars for herself is a completely different matter.
According to sources, the former fiancée is also seeking to limit the basketball player’s parental rights. Currently, Luka sees the children at least two days a week, and A. Goltes wants to reduce this time to just one day.
This week in Los Angeles, Anamaria submitted documents requesting to withdraw her child support claim. At that time, she stated she wanted to resolve the issue “peacefully and by mutual agreement,” considering the best interests of the children. Goltes withdrew the Los Angeles case simply realizing that she would lose there.
Currently, the “Lakers” superstar has returned to Slovenia to be closer to his daughters. In May, the athlete revealed that he would miss playing for the national team this summer to focus on the fight for joint custody of the children, TMZ wrote.
