“We also talked about the challenges Ukraine faces this winter, when due to Russian strikes there are practically no intact thermal power plants left, when Russian missiles are specifically targeted to make Ukrainian life unbearable,” Volodymyr Zelensky said to journalists in Belgrade, speaking alongside Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić.
