Sviatlana Cichanouskaja: changes in Belarus are only a matter of time

The conference, which will take place in Warsaw for two days, began on Saturday. In her opening speech at the conference, S. Cichanouskaja emphasized that the events of 2020 changed Belarusian society and initiated irreversible processes.
