Fuel prices in the capitals of the Baltic countries moved in different directions this week

The price of 95 octane gasoline and diesel in Tallinn decreased by 1 cent over the week, while the price of 98 octane gasoline dropped by just 0.6 cents. In Riga, gasoline prices increased by 7 cents and diesel by 11 cents, whereas in Vilnius the average gasoline price fell by 6 cents and diesel by 3 cents.

On Friday, 95 octane gasoline in the Estonian capital cost an average of 1.839 euros – half a cent cheaper than in Riga, but 10 cents more expensive than in Vilnius. The average price of 98 octane gasoline in Tallinn was 1.874 euros – 4 cents less than in Riga, but 3.6 cents more than in Vilnius.

The price of diesel in Tallinn was 1.949 euros – half a cent more than in Riga, but 6 cents cheaper than in Vilnius.
