The most important thing to know – JUDU never asks for parking payment after scanning a QR code. If after scanning a QR code you are asked to pay for parking or enter bank details, this is a sign of fraud.
Parking payments can only be made through official methods:
In the JUDU app;
By SMS message;
In the “m.Parking” app.
JUDU also does not send SMS messages with links to payment pages. If you receive such a message, do not open it, do not click on the provided links, and do not enter your personal or bank details.
The only QR code used by JUDU for residents is the “Rate your trip” sticker found on public transport. It is used only for passenger surveys and is not related to any payments.

If you notice a suspicious QR code, especially one stuck on a parking meter, or receive a suspicious SMS message in the name of JUDU, we invite you to report it to the JUDU customer service center.
