The military administration of the Kherson region released a video in which a victim recounted what happened. Yuriy, a resident of the Mykolaiv region, said that he came to Kherson with his wife.

According to him, as soon as they arrived and began laying out boxes of vegetables, a drone flew over the market at a low altitude as if nothing was happening.
The woman managed to escape, while Yuriy tried to hide from the drone, whose operator literally started hunting the man.
As the victim said, he tried to show his vegetables to the camera mounted on the drone, as if saying, “Look, I am a farmer.” According to Yuriy, the Russian drone circled the car, looked under the sun umbrella where cucumbers, tomatoes, and other vegetables were piled, and struck the man and his car.
“For about a minute, the drone flew around the car, chasing the man who was trying to save himself. The one controlling the drone clearly saw his target. It was an ordinary man who came to sell vegetables. But that did not stop that Russian scoundrel. He deliberately aimed the weapon directly at the person,” noted representatives of the Kherson regional military administration.
It is reported that the man miraculously survived, although he suffered a concussion, blast trauma, and multiple injuries to his back, arms, and legs from shrapnel.
The victim’s car was also damaged. Yuriy said it was his family’s source of livelihood – the family earns a living by selling vegetables. Yuriy added that this was not the first shooting he had experienced, but admitted that previously he had escaped without injuries.
According to doctors, the man’s life is not currently in danger. Medical staff are doing everything necessary for his speedy recovery.

The Ukrainian police released a video in which witnesses recorded a man trying to hide from a first-person view (FPV) drone flying above him, which later struck.
It was immediately clear that the man was not a soldier. He was standing next to a minibus that he had brought products to sell. The police emphasized that the victim showed no signs of being a combatant, but according to them, this is exactly how the enemy fights – hunting civilians.
“Russia has gone mad”
This case became yet another proof of systematic terror against civilians, wrote V. Zelensky on the Telegram platform.
The Ukrainian president emphasized that many were shocked by another so-called “people safari” video that Russian soldiers make against Kherson residents.
“The world must see this. It must see every fact proving that Russia has gone mad, and every fact that Russian soldiers enjoy killing people and mocking them,” wrote V. Zelensky.
