He stated that all relevant services immediately arrived at the attack site.
Initially, the regional administration head reported four injured civilians. However, it later became clear that the number of casualties rose to 22 people.
As emphasized by V. Filashkin, this is another deliberate enemy strike against civilians living in the region.

“Staying in the region is dangerous! I urge everyone who is still near the front line: evacuate!” said the regional administration head.
