We always cooperate with the responsible authorities, so upon receiving a request from the police regarding this incident, we will provide the officers with all the necessary information.
Passenger safety is our priority. Upon receiving reports of possible incidents, we evaluate each case individually, review the information available on the platform, and take action according to established procedures,“ – he commented to Žmonės.lt.
It is reminded that singer Raimonda Masiulytė-Ramchurn shared an unexpected story on the social network „Facebook“ on Friday. After calling a „Bolt“ driver in Vilnius together with her daughter, the arriving driver immediately left the woman in shock – taking the girl and driving off without Raimonda herself. However, what happened next left even greater astonishment.
„Today my little one complained of an earache, so we called a „Bolt“ in Vilnius and decided to rush to the doctor.
Unfortunately, after putting my 3-year-old daughter in the car and jumping to the other side to sit together, the driver suddenly drove off. With the child. Alone. Without me. I ran after, calling, trembling hands dialing a message to „Bolt“ and the police number, as a result of which I saw the driver stopped after some time and turned back. During that time, the child was alone in the car, without me, with an unknown person, because he definitely saw me running after, and understood that a small child would not travel alone…

I don’t understand the driver’s motives. Upon arrival, he told me to sit in the front, of course I didn’t do that and grabbed the child…
I was also surprised by the rather biased work of the Lithuanian police officers; when talking on the phone, they said that it was not necessary to let one child go roughly and that what else do I want, since the child was returned. Upon insistently demanding to come and expressing the desire to write a statement, they reluctantly agreed to come to the place. We are still waiting.

„By the way, we never went to the doctor. I think it is important to talk about this. It is hard for me to comment on such „Bolt“ incompetence. They didn’t even agree to refund me for the trip until the investigation is completed,“ – Raimonda described the situation in more detail to Žmonės.lt.
