According to the meteorologist, unsettled weather is forecast for both Saturday night and day.
“Saturday night the sky will be variably cloudy, with short rain showers and thunderstorms expected in some places. In the second half of the night, fog will form in some parts of western Lithuania. The night is expected to be really warm, between 14–19 degrees,” – told 15min Ineta Daunoravičiūtė, a meteorologist at the Lithuanian Hydrometeorological Service.
Saturday day will be unsettled. From early morning, cloudiness will increase and throughout the day short rain showers with thunderstorms are expected in many districts, hail is possible.
“Sunday night the rains will continue, the sky will remain cloudy, with more clearings appearing in the second half of the night. Short rain showers with thunderstorms will still move through many places, with heavy rain in some areas. There remains a chance of wind gusts during thunderstorms,” – the meteorologist said.
The temperature at night will drop to 12–17 degrees Celsius.
According to the meteorologist, Sunday day will be calmer, with some short rain showers still in the eastern districts in the first half of the day, then clearings will quickly appear and the rain will retreat. The temperature will be pleasantly summery at 21–26 degrees.
