As reported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, due to the use of more than 70 various types of missiles and nearly 300 combat drones by Russian military forces during the night from July 29 to 30, at least ten civilian residents of Ukraine, including four children, were killed. Several dozen civilians were injured.

During the shelling, not only individual and apartment residential buildings were affected, but also a school and two kindergartens, as well as other civilian objects in various regions of Ukraine. In the settlement of Radushne (Dnipropetrovsk region of Ukraine), six members of a large family were killed – both parents and four of their children, six children were left orphaned. Expressing protest, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs emphasized that international humanitarian law stipulates that civilians and civilian objects must not be the target of attacks during international armed conflicts.

The note also strongly condemns the violation of Polish airspace by a Russian cruise missile during this shelling, after which an explosion was recorded in the territory of the Lublin Voivodeship. Responsibility for this incident lies exclusively with Russia due to its aggression against Ukraine, which poses a threat to the security of both Ukraine and neighboring countries and their populations.
