“It is most likely that we are dealing with a Kh-101 missile, which contained a large amount of explosives,” said prosecutor’s representative Marcin Kozak, quoted by the portal onet.pl.

“At the scene where the missile was found, pre-trial investigation actions are being carried out. We now definitely know that we are dealing with a missile, not a drone – more precisely, most likely a missile,” the spokesperson for the Lublin district prosecutor’s office told journalists in Tarnava Kolonia.
NATO Secretary General condemned the invasion as “yet another reckless Russian action.”
The violation of the airspace of NATO and EU member Poland during the night has raised new fears that Russia’s war against Ukraine is spilling over into neighboring countries.
During the large-scale attacks on Ukraine organized by Moscow, a missile hit a field in eastern Poland, about 80 km from the Ukrainian border, leaving a crater about 10 meters wide and five meters deep.
“This incident is yet another reckless Russian action and a dangerous consequence of its war against Ukraine,” NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte wrote on the social network X, adding that he discussed the invasion with Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk.
Earlier, D. Tusk, visiting the incident site, stated that “there is no reason to believe that Poland was the intended target of this missile.”
