The video shows a man wearing a white shirt and a woman in a red blouse, who are reportedly having sex on a stone table in a park. This place is popular among locals and tourists – people come here to exercise, relax, or spend time in nature.
Later, journalists visited the scene and confirmed that the footage was taken in Chaloem Phrakiat public park – a popular place for relaxation and exercise, according to thethaiger.com.
Park security officer Winai said that around 3:20–3:30 a.m., while patrolling the area, he noticed a light-built man who he believed might have been from the Middle East. The man was sitting alone at one of the tables at that time. The guard said he did not see any woman and noticed nothing suspicious.
Soon, another man informed him that he had seen a couple engaging in sexual activity in the same place. At first, Winai doubted this, but his colleague showed him a video circulating online – it showed exactly the same table he had recently inspected.
The security officer said he did not expect anyone to have sex in a public park. He added that park staff had previously found couples and other people gathering in more secluded areas of the park.
After this incident, social media users urged authorities to increase night patrols and install more surveillance cameras in remote parts of the park to prevent inappropriate behavior and possible crimes.

Some internet users also called on authorities to identify the people seen in the video and consider the possibility of holding them legally accountable.
So far, the identities and nationalities of the couple have not been confirmed, and officials continue to investigate the circumstances.
This is not the first similar case in Pattaya. Last December, a Russian couple was fined after being caught having sex on beach chairs at Jomtien Beach.
Witnesses of the incident also filmed the couple and shared the video on social media.
