The Klaipėda apartment market continues to show signs of growth. Just in the first summer month of this year, several apartments were sold with prices approaching or even exceeding a third of a million euros.

According to data from various real estate market analysis sources, apartment prices in Klaipėda have grown at a double-digit rate over the past 12 months, though estimates vary.
Real estate analytics company “Untu” records a 20.9% increase, real estate services company “Ober-Haus” – 10.1%, real estate portal “Aruodas.lt” – 20.3%, and the Bank of Lithuania – 14.3%.
Based on real estate market data provided by “Untu,” in June 2026, 2.6% more apartment purchase-sale transactions were registered in the port city than in May, and 22.7% more than in the same period last year.
At the beginning of July 2026, the twelve-month average of apartment transactions in Klaipėda was 260. This indicator increased by 1.7% in a month and by 7.7% over a year.
The first half of this year in Klaipėda was also more active than last year – 6.9% more apartment purchase-sale transactions were made.

In Vilnius, the annual growth of apartment purchase-sale transactions was 11.9%, in Šiauliai – 13.4%, in Kaunas – just 0.4%, while in Panevėžys the number of transactions did not change over the year.
The most expensive apartment sold in Klaipėda in June was on Bokštų Street. A 219 sq. m apartment built in 2007 was sold for 365 thousand euros.
The second most valuable transaction was a newly built 40 sq. m apartment on Naujoji Uosto Street, sold for 295 thousand euros.
The third most expensive deal was recorded on Gluosnių Street – an 87 sq. m apartment in a historic building built in 1954 and renovated in 2024 was sold for 293 thousand euros.
The top five most expensive June transactions also included an apartment on Lelijų Street (88 sq. m, built in 2011), sold for 275 thousand euros, and a newly built apartment on E. Franco Street (62 sq. m), costing 268 thousand euros.
