“The locomotive was hit by a drone. Our monitoring team timely warned the train crew about a possible threat, so railway workers and passengers managed to evacuate from the carriages before the impact,” the statement said.
“Ukrzaliznytsia” stated that its employees are making every effort to ensure that passengers can continue their journey via the safest possible route and reach their destination with minimal delays.

As “Ukrinform” previously reported, on July 23, Russian forces launched an attack on the city of Pavlohrad in the Dnipropetrovsk region. Three people were killed and 29 were injured in the attack. A food industry enterprise was also damaged.
