“It is very important to evaluate the project in the changed situation: significantly larger production capacities have appeared in Lithuania, and consumption is not growing as fast as predicted. It is in this context that this assessment is currently being carried out. Since time has already been lost and so that no more time is lost, I really see no reason to deliberate for a long time.
