The emergency call center was informed about a possible carbon monoxide incident at the “Elamus Spa 21+” SPA center on Saturday evening.

Four people at the sauna center reported feeling unwell and were assisted by paramedics.
When rescuers arrived, SPA staff had already ventilated the sauna rooms. To ensure safety and carry out all necessary checks, the SPA center was closed. Ambulance crews remained on site to check all visitors to the SPA center and those who reported feeling unwell.

The “Elamus Spa” center advertises on its website as “the largest and most magical ritual sauna in the Baltic countries, where up to 100 people can enjoy the sauna pleasures at the same time.”
