“I am extremely proud of my husband, who saved the life of a drowning person today. And at the same time, it is so frustrating that there are irresponsible people who swim: a little intoxicated, dressed and even wearing shoes (!), risking not only their own but also the lives of the rescuers…

My husband tells me: it was so hard to save him: it seems I already embraced him, we are both swimming to the shore and at the same time, it seems we are drowning together… While rescuing, the drowning man kept losing consciousness, but, thank God, to the paramedics who rushed even from Ukmergė and to my husband – a true Guardian Angel, who, despite everything, saved the man’s life.
