As the service indicated, the company made a significant violation of the obligation established by the Consumer Rights Protection Act to assess consumers’ ability to repay loans, as it did not request information about consumers’ existing obligations and monthly payments from all credit information bureaus, thus not receiving comprehensive information and improperly assessing consumers’ ability to repay loans. As a result, loans were granted to consumers who should not have been given loans, which allowed some consumers to take on excessively large credit obligations.
