The text published on the account “Celofano mobingas” in Lithuanian states that “<…> At the same time, we are starting to prepare a list of people whom Russia could deport from Lithuania”, and in the Russian text – “<…> Not for free – we will repay: a wagon of beef and pork for each head”. Under this text, a list of 66 Lithuanian citizens, well-known public figures, with names and surnames, was also published.
Based on the currently available initial data, it is believed that such a publicly posted entry contains signs of criminal acts specified in Article 122 of the Criminal Code “Public calls to violence to violate the sovereignty of the Republic of Lithuania” and Article 118 “Assistance to another state to act against the Republic of Lithuania” part 1. Additional significant data for evaluation will be collected during the investigation.

The pre-trial investigation is led by the Organized Crime and Corruption Investigation Department of the General Prosecutor’s Office, and the investigation has been assigned to the Lithuanian Criminal Police Bureau.
