According to the amendments, contracts for the provision of personal health care services will be concluded with state and municipal public and budgetary institutions with which the State Health Insurance Fund already has a valid contract for the provision of these services, and with private institutions whose contracts with the State Health Insurance Fund will be valid until December 31, 2026.
