Our team took the lead after Joris Petravičius’ goal in the 14th minute, but the Estonians turned the score in their favor and eventually won 3:1.

The tournament will conclude on Monday when Latvians and Estonians play their match, but the Lithuanians’ 1:3 defeat took away their chance to win first place in the tournament.

The Lithuanians, coached by Mindaugas Čepas, took the lead after Joris Petravičius’ goal in the 14th minute. The Estonians equalized in the 22nd minute from a free kick, when Remo Valdmets headed the ball into the net. Just before the end of the first half, the Estonian team celebrated a goal scored by Kaspar Anton.

The Lithuanians’ situation became even more complicated after Artjom Truuväärt’s goal in the 51st minute. For the remainder of the match, the Lithuanians showed initiative and besieged the Estonian goal, but failed to convert promising opportunities.
