Finding the injured person and seeing a blood trail in the stairwell, a neighbor called the emergency services.
At 13:31, the Emergency Response Center received a report from a resident who said he found a farewell note left by a neighbor. The man also indicated seeing a blood trail in the stairwell, so he immediately sought help.
All emergency services were dispatched to the scene – police officers, firefighters, and medics.

When firefighters arrived, the apartment door had already been opened by police officers. The man found inside was urgently carried out and handed over to paramedics, who transported him to a medical facility.
