In the mixed-use project, apartments, administrative and commercial spaces are planned. This is already the second joint project of “DOMÉ” and “Naresta” in the city center, with construction work expected to begin in mid-summer.
In a nearly 14 thousand sq. m project located near the Energy and Technology Museum, 44 apartments with balconies and terraces, administrative premises, and spaces for service providers are planned. Some apartments are oriented towards the Neris River and the Old Town, while spacious terraces with panoramic views of the city center are designed on the upper floors.

“This part of the city has been one of the most dynamically transforming in recent years: modern business centers are being established here, cozy public spaces are opening, and the revitalized Neris riverbank has brought a lot of life. The transformation of the area here is very natural because this is exactly where different layers of Vilnius meet: the Old Town and the vibrant central business district,” says “DOMÉ” director Inga Navickaitė.
