According to the case data, on August 18–27, 2025, the accused held a very large quantity of various narcotic and psychotropic substances in a car in Vilnius – MDMA, 3-CMC, 4-CMC, 2-CB, ketamine, cocaine, cannabis, and psilocybin-containing mushrooms.
Part of the narcotic and psychotropic substances, it is suspected, was transported by the young people from Vilnius by car to different locations in Lithuania and hidden there.
According to the case data, packets with these substances were hidden in different places in Vilnius, Jonava, Ukmergė, Panevėžys city and district, and Kaunas. From several to several dozen packets were hidden in different locations. The hiding places were recorded with mobile phones – one of the accused saved their coordinates, and the other photographed the burial sites.
Caught by accident
The crime was uncovered on August 27, 2025, in Klaipėda. According to the case data, the young people brought more than 200 separate packets with cocaine, the psychotropic substance 3-CMC, and cannabis to one of the parks in Klaipėda from Vilnius. Part of the plastic bags taken from the car was hidden by burying them in the ground and their coordinates were recorded.

That day, a specialist from the Public Order Service Canine Unit of the Klaipėda County Police, who arrived at the park to train a service dog, noticed two suspiciously behaving young people. Checking one of them, the canine officer found narcotic substances. Police officers who arrived found more than 10 packets with the psychotropic substance 3-CMC on one of the individuals. When inspecting the place where the young people were, a bag with bags containing narcotic substances was also found near a tree.
Found even more packets
Later, officers, having found saved coordinates on one of the accused’s mobile phones, discovered more buried packets with cocaine and 3-CMC in the park area.
The pre-trial investigation was conducted by officers of the Organized Crime Investigation Department of the Criminal Police of the Klaipėda County Chief Police Commissariat, and the investigation was led by a prosecutor from the Organized Crime and Corruption Investigation Division of the Klaipėda District Prosecutor’s Office.
