In the new phases, four, six, and eight-story apartment buildings will be constructed. Buyers will be able to choose apartments with 1 to 4 rooms.

“In the fourth and fifth phases of ‘Lake Town,’ we will offer a very wide selection of apartments – from buyers looking for a smaller first home to families for whom a larger living space is already important. For those looking for their first home, we will offer very attractive apartments priced under 100 thousand euros,” says Remigijus Pleteras, head of Bonava Lithuania.
It is noted that, as in previous ‘Lake Town’ phases, apartments in the new phases will be available with full finishing.
Ground floor apartments will have terraces, all others – balconies, and communal terraces will be arranged on the roofs. Residents will also have the opportunity to purchase parking spaces and storage rooms.
The ‘Lake Town’ quarter is being developed in Pašilaičiai, Duisburg Street. The first three project buildings have already been built and sold.
In total, the company’s investments in the project so far amount to 26 million euros, with an additional 10 million euros planned for the upcoming phases.
