“Early Thursday morning it will rain continuously, with heavier rain in some places, mostly in the southern and eastern regions, with quite a lot of rain here also at the beginning of the day. Rain clouds will also reach the western and northwestern edges early in the morning, later moving further across Lithuania, raining in many places but intermittently, with thunder rumbling in some areas.
During the day, a strong, gusty wind from the west will blow, it will be much cooler (compared to Wednesday). Friday night will still be rainy and windy, during the day the wind will ease, only a little rain will fall, mostly at the beginning of the day. The weekend will be calmer, cool, especially at night, unfortunately, we may occasionally get some light rain as well. At the beginning of next week, it will rain more often, cloudy nights will be somewhat warmer, but the warmth during the day will still not be pleasing,” writes meteorologist Elvyra Latvėnaitė.
