An 18-year-old from Klaipėda ignored summonses and officers’ calls, so legal proceedings were initiated against him for evading military service.

R. Piazenko, representing Lithuania’s youth national teams, played in the country’s U19 team as recently as June.

The football talent is currently honing his skills at the prestigious Monaco academy.
