“As soon as we started recruiting employees, we received great interest, and the first teams have already started working in the new office. This confirms that Vilnius has a strong talent base and is a suitable place for further expansion of our activities. We will continue to actively seek new colleagues and steadily grow the team that will create services for our business clients in various world markets from Lithuania,” says Aleksandras Mironenko, head of “Evolution Lithuania.”

The majority of the positions offered by the company are aimed at young people, giving them the opportunity to work flexible hours, combine work with studies or other activities. The company is mostly looking for live broadcast studio employees, as well as specialists in administration, customer service, technical maintenance, IT, and other fields.

“In the coming months, we will continue to expand the team at a high pace. This means not only many new open positions but also broad and fast career opportunities for joining talents. Today, we already have employees who, although hired for entry-level positions, were offered higher administrative positions due to their demonstrated abilities and personal qualities,” says the company head.
