Starts a 32 million euro quarter development in Vilnius: 171 townhouses will be built

As soon as the permit is received, “Homa” intends to immediately start active construction work for this phase – by next October, a total of 59 durable, A++ energy class 3-4 room townhouses of various types will be developed, with areas ranging from 72-99 sq. m.

In the second or third quarter of next year, the company plans to start construction of the second and third phases of “Uoksai” on D. Glemžaitė, Skersinė, and L. Sutema streets. Then, within a year, another 112 townhouses with 3-4 rooms ranging from 70 to 118 sq. m. will be built.

The entire 7.3 ha area developed by the “Archispektras” studio, designed as the “Uoksai” quarter, will be urbanistically cohesive. Its residents will use the same community infrastructure, and the four different building types and 12 possible layouts will meet different residents’ needs and aesthetic choices while maintaining a related architectural concept.

The entire quarter will be fenced and illuminated, with a running track winding inside. The “Uoksai” district will also stand out with its expressive relief. Each townhouse is designed with 14 kW electrical capacity, and electric car owners will have the opportunity to install a charging station connected to the prepared inlets.

All “Uoksai” townhouses will have private plots of 4-11 ares, terraces, and two floors. Each townhouse is planned to have two parking spaces. Some townhouses will also have garages.

During the development of “Uoksai,” main water supply, domestic, and storm sewage networks connected to the centralized city system will be installed. In the future, residents living nearby in Vilnius will also be able to connect to them.
