“This acquisition significantly strengthens our office portfolio in Poland – the existing properties are joined by assets with strong tenants. We continue to follow our strategy of investing in valuable properties in good locations where we can ensure higher returns,” said Hannes Pihlas, board member and head of investments at Summus Capital, in a statement.
