The scale of network damage is huge, so the work will take time, but teams are working to restore electricity supply as soon as possible.
We remind that customers whose electricity supply will be restored later than 72 hours due to storm consequences will be entitled to compensation. It will be applied in the usual manner – customers will not need to apply for it,” ESO states.
