After the implementation of the second phase of the museum’s expansion, there will be more spaces for exhibitions, events, education, creative activities, and artist residencies, the municipality announced on Friday.

“The first phase of the ‘Stasys Museum’ showed that Panevėžys needs and is interested in such a cultural space. Now we are moving to the next phase – creating conditions for the museum to operate at full capacity, to host larger international projects, more artists, and visitors,” said the city mayor Loreta Masiliūnienė in the announcement.
