In Lithuania on Monday morning, compared to Friday, the average prices of gasoline and diesel decreased by 0.51% and 0.4% respectively, while the average price of LPG increased by 0.13%. Information about fuel prices was provided to the Lithuanian Energy Agency (LEA) on August 17 by 73 fuel trading companies operating 747 gas stations.

Data on fuel prices obtained from gas stations by 10 a.m. on August 17 show that the lowest diesel price was at two “Baltic Petroleum” network gas stations in Klaipėda – 1.909 Eur/l.
The highest diesel price was at twenty-seven “Viada” network gas stations, eight “Circle K” network gas stations, and a “Degta” network gas station in Elektrėnai municipality (Vievis) – 2.139 Eur/l.
Diesel prices at gas stations on Monday morning ranged from 1.909 Eur/l to 2.139 Eur/l, with the average diesel price being 2.011 Eur/l, or 0.4% less than on Friday (August 14), when it was 2.019 Eur/l.
The lowest gasoline price on Monday morning was at a “Baltic Petroleum” network gas station in Klaipėda – 1.619 Eur/l.
The highest gasoline price was at twenty-three “Viada” network gas stations, seven “Circle K” network gas stations, and a “Degta” network gas station in Elektrėnai municipality (Vievis) – 1.869 Eur/l.
Gasoline prices at gas stations on Monday morning ranged from 1.619 Eur/l to 1.869 Eur/l, with the average gasoline price being 1.742 Eur/l, or 0.51% less than on Friday (August 14), when it was 1.751 Eur/l.
The lowest LPG price on Monday morning was at four “Madalva” network gas stations and a “Bonsa” network gas station in Tauragė district municipality (Taurai) – 0.660 Eur/l.
The highest LPG price was at a “Tumasa” network gas station in Mažeikiai district municipality (Židikiai) – 0.940 Eur/l.
LPG prices at gas stations on Monday morning ranged from 0.660 Eur/l to 0.940 Eur/l, with the average LPG price being 0.766 Eur/l, or 0.13% more than on Friday (August 14), when it was 0.765 Eur/l.
The wholesale gasoline price in Lithuania on August 14 was 1.63 Eur/l, and the wholesale diesel price was 1.92 Eur/l (on August 13, the wholesale gasoline price was 1.62 Eur/l, and the wholesale diesel price was 1.92 Eur/l).
The Brent crude oil price on the market on August 14 was 88.52 USD/bbl (on August 13 – 87.07 USD/bbl).
